Comments:
  • Melody doubled thinly at measure 13 with only flute and trumpet 1 playing.
  • It is augmented nicely at measure 21 with the addition of the clarinets . At measure 29 it becomes thin again but at measure 37 it is strengthened with more voices (trumpets and clarinets) playing at a forte level.
  • Backgrounds are well doubled throughout the piece.
  • The rhythms for percussion can be easily mastered by beginning students.
